Here at Preventative Healthcare Solutions, we use an integrative approach to Massage Therapy. Sessions are customized to your specific needs to stimulate blood flow, relieve muscle tension, and lower the effects of psychological stress through the release of serotonin and oxytocin to improve your overall wellbeing. We do so using a variety of techniques such as Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Heat Therapies and Aromatherapy. Each of these techniques can be used in our Prenatal Massages.
To further enhance your experience, you also have the option to upgrade your session to a Hot Stone Massage or Rehabilitative Massage and add the use of Percussion tools and cupping to your treatment. Assisted Stretch Therapy is also offered which helps to elongate your muscles, increases Range of Motion, and helps with pain relief.

We have highly skilled, FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) Approved doctors available for your DOT/CDL/DMV medical exam and pre-employment needs. Whether you are a current CDL holder, CDL student, require an endorsement for passenger or overweight vehicles or Merchant Marine applicant/holder, we can provide you with a thorough exam. We also provide SAME DAY DOT drug testing as part of the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) requirement for interstate drivers as well as Non-DOT drug testing such as Office Staff, Pre-Employment, Spouse/Children and Court Required Testing.
Our goal is to provide affordable, precise examination services. The examination itself is focused on assessing and confirming a driver’s ability to safely operate a vehicle and assess for any underlying conditions that may affect their ability to drive. The typical exam will assess for: visual acuity, color recognition, blood pressure testing, hearing evaluation, physical examination, and urinalysis. Further testing may be indicated in order to rule out particular health concerns. Testing is done within approximately 30 minutes and all needed documentation including the driver’s examination card is provided immediately at the time of the visit. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide high quality, streamline, cost effective examinations to all our patients.
